We loved this place. They offer delicious cheese tastings, and the staff are lovely. Great selection of products available, and not too busy. There was no pressure to buy anything, even when doing a tasting and a very relaxed atmosphere. Definitely recommend a stop in here if you’re in the Hunter Valley.

We really enjoyed our cheese tasting with the cheese maker. He was very informative and it was interesting to hear how the cheeses were developed and made. We also tasted some delicious cheeses. The vintage cheddar was particularly scrumptious.
