Located in the heart of Australia’s premier Vineyard Region, The Hunter Valley nestles our boutique cheesemaking facility and cheese rooms. Established in 1995 we are a family run business with a loyal team of cheesemakers and cheese lovers who make it a pleasure to come to work everyday.

Awesome selection of cheese, meats and other yummy stuff. We always start our Hunter Valley visits with lunch here and a bottle of wine from next door. Highly recommend their amazing cheddar cheese.

Our cheese range is handmade, preservative free and vegetarian rennet is used in our cheesemaking process. We make cheese from cow and goats milk sourced from local dairy farms, we care about our cows and use the freshest milk in our recipes.

Our cheeserooms are mecca for the foodie, we make our own range of approx. 50 different regional chutneys, flavoured oils and jams to compliment our cheese. Recipes use minimum sugar, salt and preservatives.
