Harrigan’s Vintage Cheddar is loving matured to three (3) years old and pays homage to our local country hotel (Harrigan’s Irish Hotel).

Bold, rich, and unusual in the world of cheddar, Harrigan’s has a delightful and surprising soft mouthfeel with a nutty sweetness.

The green food-grade wax protects the cheese for up to two years when purchased as a whole wheel, the half portions are vacuumed seals and can be stored for up to three months from the purchase date. Proof that great things come with age.
