Harrigan’s Vintage Cheddar is loving matured to an age of three (3) years and pays homage to our local country hotel (Harrigan’s Irish Hotel).

Unusual in the world of cheddar,  Harrigan’s has a delightful & surprising soft mouthfeel with a nutty sweetness.

The green food grade wax protects the cheese for up to two years when purchased as a whole wheel, the half portions are vacuumed seals and can be stored for up to three months from purchase date.

Enjoy on a cheese platter with green chilli jam or caramelised onion jam, snap crackers, and fresh pear slices or balsamic onions for an easy entertaining idea.
