We have designed this limited edition tasting journey with true cheese lovers in mind, showcasing the craftsmanship of our cheesemakers and the beauty of slow, traditional cheese and produce production.
Each day, you will reveal a new artisan cheese or accompaniment, handmade onsite, or from one of our exclusive artisan producer partners. Starting with our handmade fresh cheeses and working through to our aged favourites (brie, vintage cheddar & blue vein) each cheese is made with fresh local milk, vegetarian rennet, is preservative free and has exceptional flavour.
