Mrs Darlington’s Rhubarb & Ginger Jam is one of our most requested products online, we love the tartness combined with the warm spice from the ginger. The secret ingredient is the English Rhubarb used in the recipe, not quite at tart as expected.
Like all our condiments, we select for cheeseboard accompaniments — this Rhubarb & Ginger Jam is perfect alongside our Branxton Brie, Hunter Gold or Vintage Chedddars.
If it’s not cheese we can recommend on warm scones, toast, crumpets and pastries. A pantry staple for when you just need the something soecial – also a fantastic gift or hamper addition for your cheeseloving friend.
It’s not our usual practise to stock items from overseas (Australia has it’s own wonderful products) but this one is so special we want to share it with you.
