Description

Our housemade Strawberry Jam is a celebration of fresh, ripe strawberries at their peak. We use only the finest locally sourced strawberries with just the right amount of sugar and lemon juice creating a ruby red jam bursting with flavour and a texture that perfeclty spreads without being overly stickly.

This jam is a natural compamion to cheeses, completementing both creay and sharp varieties.  Its sweet-tart profile pairs beautifully with solft, mild cheeses like Brie abd Camembert, offering a luscious contracst to their velvety texture.  When matched with aged cheeses such as our 5yr Vintage Brokenback Cheddar, the jam’s sweetness cuts through the richness, creating a harmonious balance.

Blue Vein Cheeses like our HunterZola, the fruity notes of the jam mellow out the bold tangy flavours, making each bite a delightful play of sweet and savoury.
